If a promised feature isn't delivered, we might offer a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. This decision is at the discretion of our management. For example, if you have an annual plan and a feature is missing after three months, you can request a refund. We’ll try to fix the issue within 30 days. If it’s not resolved, you’ll get a refund for the remaining subscription period.
We won’t issue refunds if you misunderstood the product features or acted inappropriately with our support team. This includes disagreements with our team or demanding support outside of designated hours. All refund requests are evaluated individually. These conditions shall be governed by and construed and take effect in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that for any action or proceeding to be brought by you, the courts and tribunals at Mumbai in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement.
